The 5 Beets Garden is based on self-sufficiency, improving the land quality, and learning something new every year. In its 5th year, we're slowly adding the pieces that will eventually make it an oasis. Located on a unique property in Parker, we're completely solar-powered and do all our gardening by hand. Any tools or machines are minimal and electric.

Come pick up some vegetables, eggs, art, and feed the chickens and ducks!
